That is some good stuff. I like mine nice and spicy, and a crawfish boil is always a good excuse to get together with family and friends, or is it family and friends getting together is a good excuse to boil some crawfish? Anyway here are some pics of Ethan's first crawfish boil. He didn't get to taste any this time, but after he turned a year, we let him try some and he loved it.

Good pictures but I don't know about those crawfish. Never had none but I saw plenty of them being served up in New Orleans when we went on vacation a long time ago.
