I have the usual excuses of being busy...working 12 hour shifts at the hospital, preparing and evacuating for Gustav, preparing again for Ike but not evacuating...*sigh* Hubby went out of town to Louisiana soon after Gustav for storm (tree) work, came home for 2 days and left for Texas following Ike. He is, as I write, on his way home now for one night and will be going back to do a debris contract. One night sucks, but at least I get to see him for a little while before he goes again. He's gone out of town before, but this time is so different than the last time...our lives are completely different and I have been really missing him.
I have not scrapped since before the storms...my stuff is still packed up. First for the storms, and then because I thought I was going to go to a crop. The crop got canceled (I was soooooo disappointed!!) and I haven't been able to attend any since. So my stuff sits... And no pictures of scrappy things...Bummer
Maybe I can get my stuff out Sunday or Monday...one can hope!

I was waiting for you to post...that is why I started reading spam...lol! Really, my husband also does tree removal and playground construction and now that the sap has fallen, people want to take down trees and replace units. He just took a new contract that he needs my help with. That is not what I really had in mind about "seeing him more"...
I hear you on the lack of scrap happenings.. I hope we both get our mojo back soon :) Have a great rest of your weekend!
